Diyar has paired up with a Kuwaiti Partner for the purchase and development of an 824 square meter piece of land located in the Busaiteen area of Bahrain. The 10 level building will have a total of 40 luxurious apartments, and also, it will accommodate lavish facilities such as a swimming pool, sauna, steam room and a gymnasium.

The asset is a well maintained 19th century office building located in downtown Paris near the Ministry of Finance. Diyar with its French partner had purchased the asset in December 2006. The asset consists of 3 buildings each with 7 floors and a total built up area of 6,856 m². Currently, the rents in the buildings are well below market value. Our strategy is to do some refurbishment to the buildings and then raise the rent values.

It’s a mixed use offices and residential units, with 5 floors and 1,673 m² of built up area. The strategy is to do light refurbishment to the building and then raise the rent values.
