Diyar Al Kuwait Real Estate company would like to inform their stakeholders that the board of directors has conducted on, Thursday 07/01/2021. The agenda of the meeting was to discuss and finalize the Financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2019. The board of directors has approved the financial statement and instructed the management to start the process of conducting the annual general assembly meeting, the date and other details will be announced in the coming days.
